Our Intermediate class will refine your technique and give you a great workout.
Triathlete/Competitive Training
Our TTMT group slows it down to focus on technique, and then turns it up to push you to your limits.
Women-Only Classes
Our women-only classes give you the same great experience as our other classes, but in a private, women-only setting.
